Talsa HF1 - HH1 hamburger shaper

Burgers of approx. 90 to 200 g, different sizes (thickness / diameter) available.

Exclusively adaptable to Talsa sausage machines.

The Talsa HF1 / HH1 Hamburger Shaper is the essential accessory for any butcher who needs a simple and effective working tool to mold hamburgers.

Quick and easy handling:

• Assemble the HF1 / HH1 hamburger shaper into the dough outlet hole of the stuffer.
• Match the dough inlet hole to the plate mold.
• Press the knee lifter briefly until the mold is full.
• Do not keep the knee brace constantly pressed.
• When the pan is full, move the plate to remove the hamburger.
• Repeat this operation successively.

Molds of different sizes and thicknesses.

To adapt the burgers to the taste of your customers, several molds of different diameters and thicknesses are available:

• Ø 120 x 15 mm (± 200 g)
• Ø 100 x 15 mm (± 139 g)
• Ø 90 x 15 mm (± 113 g)
• Ø 120 x 10 mm (± 133 g)
• Ø 100 x 10 mm (± 93 g)
• 3 x Ø 50 x 10 mm (± 23 g)

Disassembly and cleaning:

The hamburger can be easily and completely disassembled for easy cleaning.

To disassemble it:

• Unscrew the 4 outer handles.
• Then remove the methacrylate top plate, mold plate and base

For cleaning:

• use warm water and a mild detergent.
• Do not use aggressive products or products that can scratch the hamburger machine.

Molding hamburgers has never been so easy.
