To the previous Eolo model we add this new improved model with sealing capacity of up to 40 cm suitable for vacuum packaging all kinds of products.

Both the domestic customer and the professional customer can obtain from the EOLO packaging machine all the services they have always wanted thanks to all the options and novelties that it incorporates.

THREE DIFFERENT SEALING TYPES

- A standard normal seal for all occasions when we pack solid products without liquids or moisture.

- An intermediate seal that lengthens the sealing time for those cases in which we work with thicker bags or with a fold.

- A double seal for those cases in which we need maximum safety to do vacuum cooking, to pack moist, spicy products, etc.

In addition all types of sealing can be selected to make them independently of the vacuum. If we work with rolls (the machine incorporates roll holder and cutting blades) we can cut them and then seal them by one of their faces (with manual sealing) in the normal way, with longer sealing time or with double sealing.

This machine, like those of its style, can make the vacuum in the typical jars with vacuum valve lids and also in the stainless steel gastronorm containers. It won't be a problem to store in the fridge both at home and in the business Cooked food perfectly vacuum packed to extend its life and keep its qualities intact. It also incorporates the marinade button that will save a lot of time when it comes to dressing foods and marinating them inside the jars or stainless steel containers.

The machine, as a high quality product that is, incorporates an auxiliary manual vacuum button through which the pump, while holding the button pressed, draws air from the bag and stops at the moment it is released but without letting air in again. In this way you can get the exact amount of air you want to avoid crushing delicate or soft products or to prevent liquids from reaching the sealing area.

It works with a double body pump so that with a power (and consumption) of less than half of what its competitors need, it reaches vacuum flow rates of 20 l / min. and a vacuum pressure of 0.9 bar. something out of reach of all machines with a single body pump.

Definitely the EOLO40 vacuum packing machine is a machine of performance and capacity similar or superior to machines of 500 - 600 euros but with a price of just over 390 euros with taxes and transport included.
