• The fryer consists of a body including the oil tank, a control panel with electric heating element, a frying basket with heat-insulating handle and lid.
• The control panel includes a green pilot light indicating that the power is on and a red pilot light indicating that the heating element is working
• The control panel has a built-in thermostat switch to regulate the frying temperature.
• To prevent the frying oil from reaching an excessive temperature, the fryer has a built-in safety thermostat with a protected reset button on the control panel.

The fryer has a zone at the bottom of the frying vat called the "Cold Zone", which is used to prevent frying residues from burning and ensures the following advantages:
