• The fryer is composed of a body including the oil tank, a control panel with electric resistance, a frying basket with thermo-insulating handle and lid.
• The control panel includes a green pilot light indicating power on and a red pilot light indicating the operation of the heating element.
• The control panel has a built-in thermostat switch to regulate the cooking temperature.
• To prevent the frying oil from reaching an excessive temperature, the fryer has a built-in safety thermostat with a protected reset button on the control panel.

The fryer has a zone at the bottom of the frying vat called the "Cold Zone", which serves to prevent frying residues from burning and ensures the following advantages:

1. It prevents the oil from overheating too quickly.
