SERVICE KIT, THE PREVENTION INSURED

The service kit contains some spare parts and consumables (seal wires, teflon strip, lid gasket, oil and/or silicon rubber for the silicon holder) to clean the machine at its optimum operating level.

Cleaning, the Henkelman actions to be carried out

On a daily basis: monitor the level and quality of the oil - if it is too low or if the oil is dirty, add oil or replace it,

On a weekly basis: check the seal bar and replace the teflon strip, the seal wires if the seal quality is not good enough or if they are no longer taught on the bar,

On a monthly basis: check the lid gasket and the silicon rubber of the silicon holder and replace them if they are damaged or slack.

Also run the conditioning programme for the pump at least once a week
