The PF / PH500 portioner is the indispensable tool for small and medium production
scale of equal dough portions.

Easily adjustable, it allows to obtain portions of any type of sausage from 20 to 500 grams.

It can be optionally equipped with a curved funnel finished with a cutting valve
VD, with which you can fill, for example, any type of can / can.

The operation of the PF / PH500 portioner is based on a cylindrical compartment
divided into two differentiated chambers, whose identical volume can be varied depending on
of the desired portion size.

Thanks to the pressure of the stuffer, on which the portioner is adapted, the product will be injected alternately in each of the two chambers to be then expelled through a straight funnel or optional curved VD with cut valve.

The moment of filling of each of the two chambers is chosen by manual action on the lever of the portioner.

It can be used with all types of minced meat or thin pasta. The more homogeneous the
product to be dosed, the more precise the portion will be.

With the portioner we can get portions with the same volume, which does not imply that they have the same diameter or the same length, since this will depend on the product and the gut used.

The portioner should not be used with very solid or very liquid doughs such as: cheeses,
sauces, jams, etc.

Any use of the portioner with materials for which it has not been designed will be the responsibility of the user.

It can be adapted only on the Talsa hydraulic stuffers.

The portioner is completely removable, which facilitates cleaning. The materials
used: stainless steel, aluminum and polyethylene are approved for food use.
